Government of Chhattisgarh adopted "The Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathy Parisad Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 19 of 1976)" on 28/3/2001 by their notification no. 1578/467/2001/ME.
The Council is constituted under The Chhattisgarh Homoeopathy Parisad Adhiniyam , 1976 (Adaptation Order, 2001)
The Council is a constitutional body working under "Health and Family Welfare Department", Government of Chhattisgarh.
The First Council in Chhattisgarh State is constituted on 25 May 2001 by the Government of Chhattisgarh
The Second Council in Chhattisgarh State is constituted on 31 Jan 2008 by the Government of Chhattisgarh
